Find a Christ believing Church: Join a Department
One of the sure ways to identify gifts and callings is to find a Bible-believing church to attend. The church as an organization is like a whole government. It consists of everything – from managerial and administrational duties, ministry units, legislation units, and so forth. It’s a conclave of different skills, talents, abilities, and graces that converge each and every now and then throughout the year. Due to this, it is very easier for gifts and callings to rub and spark on each other as individuals will exhibit them each now and then.

To really make the best out of this, it’s best to join a department that you feel a natural inclination to – at least one can start from that angle and through that the leadings of the Spirit will orchestrate the path of the individual into his/her main gift and/or callings. It is after you have joined a department that the gift/calling begins to grow (finds expression) and gets tested to bring the best out of you and to reach the full potential and actualization.

• Get a mentor to coach you, have patience and see the Gift graciously grow to bless lives.
